Job Summary
Are you an organized person? Do you enjoy a fast paced work environment? We are looking for an individual to fill the role of Group Meals Coordinator in our group dining location. This role acts as delivery facilitator to all of the groups who join us here at NOC. Our group sales department books groups ranging in numbers from sixteen to well over one hundred during the course of our season. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all of the dining needs for these groups are met. You will be working closely with these sales agents to ensure that any special dietary needs are met, and that our customers enjoy the meals we provide
We are looking to fill this role in early June. This position will have some flexibility in schedule due to the variable nature of group traffic. There is a group sales meeting every Monday afternoon that will be mandatory. This position will work approximately 40hrs a week, with some dinner shifts. Due to the seasonal demand of our business, we are looking for applicants that are available for a minimum of 3 months and are available to work until at least August 12th. Applicants with shorter availability may still be considered based on hiring needs.
