    Job Summary: 


    The Custom & Group Service Coordinator is a guest facing position that reports to the Group Sales Coordinator and will be expected to book and manage NOC's large custom account reservations. In this position, you will be expected to work with group leaders, own and cultivate relationships with NOC partners and promote NOC activities. In office, you will be building custom program itineraries that effectively utilize NOC's lodging, dining and recreational resources. Once the groups arrive you will be greeting, guiding and providing overall support to group leaders while they enjoy the best selected array of activities available while visiting NOC's campus. The Custom & Group Service Coordinator position is an hourly, seasonal position that runs from late May into October.


    • Responsible for greeting custom groups at Wesser campus and seeing to their needs during their visit
    • Print rosters from Resmark at least 2 weeks out from visit and monitor any changes prior to each groups arrival
    • Coordinate with operations and food & beverage to confirm schedules and needs
    • Work with Sales Coordinator to communicate with Custom/Group Sales Representatives regarding special needs
    • Collect waivers, coordinate meals and see to Custom/Group guest needs



    Applicants must be detail oriented, organized, friendly and able to multi-task. The ability to handle multiple issues with positivity and poise is an essential quality for this position.



    Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent face-to-face communication skills
    • Excellent soft skills on the phone
    • Familiar with Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Basic computer skills
