The Custom & Group Service Coordinator is a guest facing position that works closely with the Group Sales Team and will be expected to manage NOC's large custom account reservations. This position will work with group leaders and cultivate and own relationships with NOC partners and promote NOC activities. You will be facilitating custom program itineraries that effectively utilize NOC's lodging, dining and recreational resources. Once the groups arrive on-site, this position will greet, guide and provide overall support to group leaders while they enjoy the best selected array of activities available while visiting NOC's campus.
The Custom & Group Service Coordinator position is an hourly, seasonal position and reports to the Group Sales Manager. This position typically runs from March into October.
