    Job Summary: 

    NOC Ocoee Store Coordinator is responsible for greeting guests, maintaining the guest service area and inventory of retail product as well as supporting the River Manager in administrative duties.


    Administrative/Logistic duties to include:

    • Complete daily register openings and check-outs.
    • Run weekly reports to track revenue and COGS.
    • Reconcile daily river numbers and report monthly to River Manager.
    • Assist Trip Leaders in group check-ins, including guest service and confirming accurate waiver completion.

     Retail Inventory Management:

    • Conduct all functions necessary for the store’s efficient operation on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis.
    • Order and purchase inventory in conjunction with other Outpost Store Coordinators and NOC Retail buyers to optimize revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor inventory accuracy using Lightspeed reporting system and executing physical inventory counts.
    • Implement and maintain visual merchandising.


    • Clearly communicate with Guides, other NOC Departments and individuals both internally and externally in contributing to smooth daily operations and a healthy culture amongst staff.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with the Guest Relations Office to ensure efficient booking processes and accurate reservation reconciliation.
    • Communicate with the guests to assist in getting them oriented to their trip and setting expectations for their NOC Ocoee experience.
    • Communicate and work closely with the River Manager to ensure that availability and resources are adjusted appropriately to drive maximum efficiency/profit for the NOC.

    • Passion for the outdoor industry and leading an outdoor lifestyle.


    Preferred Education and Experience: A four year college degree is preferred.
