    Job Summary:


    The position of Housing Community Manager is a seasonal position (April-September) and is a multi-faceted position. This position oversees our largest housing community and helps to promote a positive community dynamic. In this role, you will help to ensure safety and conduct are in line with NOC’s policies. The Community Manager will report to the Director of Hospitality and the Human Resources Department. The Community Manager will be expected to live on-site in a housing unit or in a self provided RV. Applicants for this position must have a flexible work schedule in order to accommodate the staff and their housing needs, as well as provide occasional night intervention when necessary.



    • Facilitate the Check In & Check Out process for all housing units
    • Update and make edits as necessary to NOC’s Housing document
    • Enforce staff housing rules
    • Report any violations of NOC’s Zero Tolerance Drug Policy, underage drinking or misconduct to the Human Resources Department immediately
    • Work with Repair and Maintenance team to ensure the grounds are up-kept by performing light landscaping duties and minor repairs
    • Communicate any need for extensive repairs to the Repair and Maintenance department
    • Stock and distribute paper products and cleaning supplies
    • Create and enforce a community cleaning schedule
    • Prepare units at the beginning of the season for move-in including but not limited to: lock distribution, basic cleaning, moving mattresses, etc.
    • Enforce quiet hours
    • Act as a liaison between housing and management
    • Work with tenants to ensure trash is disposed of properly
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Current First Aid & CPR certification
    • Basic repair skills or previous work in maintenance
    • Previous experience with Google Docs a plus
    • Willing to carry a cell phone while on the clock
    • Personal vehicle and valid Driver’s License
