As the Human Resources Manager you will have the opportunity to interact with all aspects of the Nantahala Outdoor Center, as well as test and grow your skills in all facets of Human Resources. From onboarding through orientation, implementing and creating company culture, policy and procedure, to building the employee benefit program offerings, this role at the Nantahala Outdoor Center is unique and dynamic. You will have the opportunity to inspire and create growth on a company-wide level, as well as with each individual who walks in your office door.
