    Job Location: Gatlinburg, TN

    Job Summary:

    Come work with us! Work at one of the greatest Outfitter’s on Earth as one of our retail guides. Located on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park experience working with a team who have similar outdoor interests and love sharing their passion for the outdoors with our guests. Along with enjoying the trails of the park you will have access to many other NOC activities and gear discounts.




    • Acting as a guide to customers throughout the store
    • Assisting guests with technical questions regarding the appropriate gear and fit for various outdoor adventure equipment and apparel
    • Promoting and selling the adventures that NOC has to offer, and providing local area information as needed
    • Creating and implementing visual displays, and other projects as assigned




    NOC retail employees must be knowledgeable about outdoor adventures and products that NOC promotes and sells. Applicants for a retail associate position at NOC should have a strong understanding of customer service, function as a team player, take direction and work independently. They must be willing to learn new products, and have local knowledge or willingness to learn about the adventure offerings local to their retail store.
